EXTERNAL MOLD

External mold consists of the upper die, lower die, front clamp and back clamp. The external mold matches with bending machine and mandrel. It clamps the outside of pipe throughout the cold bending process; in order to reduce the ovality of cold bending pope, the steel pipe bends along the upper die while the lower die, front die and back die clamp the steel pipe. One type hydraulic bending machine can make many different diameter pipes, but the pipes of different diameter must match with the whole external mold to ensure the good quality of bending forming. PY-WM serial external is optimally designed through studying the thick/thin wall pipes of X70and X80 high steel levels by the technician of nearly 10 years working experience who designs the matched mold for the bending machine of CRC, CR, DMI, VIETZ and other brands. Our characters are as following:

1. High strength steel, reduce the mold weight and improve bending capability;

2. After theory calculation, CNC processes the upper mold curve of repeated collection on site. Ensure the bending quality;

3. Optimal designed lower die, front die and front clamp can ensure the ovality of pipe end to be less 0.6% in the whole working procedure;

4. Add the anti-collision device to avoid colliding to the mold during disassembly;

5. Improve the rate of assemble and disassemble with our quick connection device.
