Pipe bender in long pipeline construction, we always divide it into 3 parts, main engine, mandrel and external mold.

1. Main engine is the frame for the bender. Different diameter need different size engine during the construction.

2.Madrel, also known as inner die. That's the key parts for the whole machine. In the processure, different diameter need match different mandrel for the construction.

3.External mold is consisted of several parts. Upper die, clamp, lower die.The external mold matches with bending machine and mandrel. It clamps the outside of pipe throughout the cold bending process; in order to reduce the ovality of cold bending pope, the steel pipe bends along the upper die while the lower die, front die and back die clamp the steel pipe. One type hydraulic bending machine can make many different diameter pipes, but the pipes of different diameter must match with the whole external mold to ensure the good quality of bending forming.
